About me
My vision is to make high-quality nutrition accessible and practical for everyone, guiding people towards healthier lives, active aging, and better quality of life. My mission is to help individuals adopt healthier eating habits through innovative, personalized solutions.

I am a Biomedical Engineer with 10 years of experience in Digital Health and a specialization in Culinary Medicine. Certified by Harvard Medical School in Leadership of Digital Transformation and Culinary Coaching. I have worked with executives to promote innovation and digital transformation. Additionally, I am an entrepreneur and founder. At the MIT Portugal program, I conducted academic research in technology and health. I am currently an Invited Assistant Professor at Católica Medical School and the Medical School of the University of Lisbon. I am also part of the Global Shapers community, an initiative of the World Economic Forum committed to shaping a more sustainable and inclusive future.
